We aged this sparkling cider in two barriques that had been used for Chardonnay, offering slight oak and roundness to the mouthfeel. Apples include Golden Russet, Hewes Crab, Chestnut Crab, Ellis Bitter, and Porter's Perfection. Bottle conditioned with natural bubbles and sediment. Store upright at cellar temp.
