Bird Dog's first ever collab made with Parlor Skis from East Boston. It is inspired by good friends, a love of sport, and shared memories on and off the slopes. A blend of heirloom and tannic apples, the cider was aged in oak barrels for 6-12 months to create a rich, full-bodied flavor. Perfectly dry for repeat sipping. Enjoyed best after a day in the mountains with friends.
