2023 Little Sister
Little Sister is a blend of Golden Russet, Ellis Bitter, and Porters Perfection. Fermented by native and cultured yeasts, it was aged in stainless steel for twelve months then bottle conditioned. It is a "little sister" to Bird Dog's popular Country Gold with less tannin and lower ABV.
