Kingston Black is a famed English bittersharp originating from Kingston St. Mary in Somerset, where residents called it "the black apple". Rich in tannins and acidity, it is known for its superior cider qualities. It is also notoriously difficult to grow. This cider is a blend of 84% Kingston Black and 14% Northern Spy. It was bottled still.
