It is a blend of Porters Perfection, Golden Russet, Ellis Bitter, McIntosh, and Kingston Black. Bird Dog's Opus series feature sparkling ciders made with the traditional method, a centuries-old style of wine making that is both time and labor intensive. Store upright at cellar temp.
